An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time Children’s Nurse to work within the Community Children’s Nursing Team in the boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley.
The post holder will be a children’s nurse either newly qualified or children’s nurse with an interest to work in the community. You will also demonstrate commitment to continued development and innovation within the team.
We work as an integrated children & young people’s nursing service and you will be required to work closely with our local and tertiary hospitals, our special schools nursing team and continuing care team.
The post holder will be responsible for participating within the development and implementation of practice within the CCNT ensuring that evidenced based practice is being delivered. You will be required to carry out the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
