The ESNEFT ICT Training Team provide training on a number of clinical and non-clinical systems across multiple sites within North Essex and East Suffolk.

We are looking for a suitably experienced ICT Trainer to join our team. The post will be based in Ipswich, although some travel between sites will be required as part of the training service.

Working as part of a close team, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing and delivering training and support to staff, maintaining training records and course materials, and assisting users during ICT project implementations as the Trust looks for new and innovative ways of using ICT to support Patient Care.

The successful applicant must have excellent ICT Skills, Microsoft Office knowledge and previous experience in a training environment. They must also have excellent communication skills, a professional manner and a desire to assist colleagues to get the best out of ICT systems.

It is desirable that the successful applicant has an in depth knowledge of Lorenzo Patient Administration System, SystmOne and experience of NHS processes. Experience in e-learning authoring would also be advantageous.

Whilst this is advertised as a Band 5 post, applications from candidates with suitable experience will be considered for a developmental role.
