The Health and Social Care Integration Programme has led to the development of 13 Integrated Neighbourhoods Teams across Leeds, with the aim of improving outcomes for people and maximising access to services through integrated working.

A secondment vacancy (Until March 2021) has arisen for a Neighbourhood Team Administrator based within the Armley/Pudsey Neighbourhood Teams for 35.5hrs.

As a Neighbourhood Team Administrator you will be office based with good communication and IT skills. You will be passionate about providing high quality customer service to your patients and colleagues. Your role will include the provision of a front of office service for staff and patients and you will be responsible for the management of referrals, inputting and retrieving information from SystmOne (training will be provided), monitoring and ordering of stock, handling incoming and outgoing mail and making up and archiving patient notes.

You will need to be able to work under pressure in a busy Neighbourhood office where the ability to time manage and prioritise tasks is essential.

This is an exciting time in Leeds, with services working together to implement new ways of working to provide input to the community of Leeds. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about improving services.




If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
