We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate Senior Business Change Facilitator to join our team. You will line manage and be responsible for a small team of Business Change Facilitators, who’s primary purpose is to support the deployment of the Welsh Clinical Portal functionality to our end users in the wider NHS. You will role model and drive a patient first culture by providing expertise in change management strategies. You will design and deliver engagement plans that maximize employee adoption and minimise resistance, to deliver ambitious and challenging goals.

This role will support a culture of continuous improvement, service development, and transformation in the organisation by facilitating the changes associated with The Welsh Clinical Portal and associated NWIS clinical systems. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to systems and technology, business processes, and organisation structures.

We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative and is skilled in maintaining constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will work with our colleagues in the community deploying practical engagement tools to provide support during change. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills with a true passion for doing the right thing for our patients and frontline staff.

Experience in the development of visual performance management tools, Lean and six-sigma methodologies would be advantageous.

This is a pan Wales’s role that will require travelling to multiple sites across Wales. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this.
