Are you a registered nurse with experience in end of life and/or palliative care in the hospital or community setting? Are you passionate and enthusiastic about Hospice Care?

St Helena hospice have an exciting new opportunity for a Staff Nurse to join our In-patient Unit.

Reporting to the Senior Ward Sister, in this role you will be working within a team of experienced registered nurses, clinical nurse specialists, doctors and allied health professionals. You will be working as part of a team to provide high standards of specialist palliative care to patients and their relatives, including assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating all care needs.

You will required to be adaptable and show excellent communication skills. Previous experience as a registered nurse in a specialist palliative care or oncology setting is essential.

Please note that a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check will be undertaken as part of our pre-employment screening for the successful candidate.
