We provide care and treatment for children, adults and older people living in the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow, delivering services in the community (at home, in GP surgeries, care homes), hospital, specialist clinics and forensic (secure) units.

Our physical healthcare services include intermediate care services in Ealing as part of the Community Independence Service partnership.

Our national, specialist and forensic services include:

  • Medium secure services on the St Bernard’s Hospital site in Ealing
  • Services for people with complex and severe personality disorder at the Cassel Hospital in Richmond
  • High secure services at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire

We are a teaching Trust with a growing research portfolio, working with academic and industry partners.

Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT)

As one of the 12 ‘early implementer’ sites for integrated community mental health services, we are expanding our community mental health offer. Our new services will be centered around the Primary Care Networks and aspiring to comprehensive engagement with Integrated Care Systems using a whole person, whole population health approach. The model will utilise all the community resources available including health, social care, VCSE organisations and local communities and consider resources to support wellbeing outside of mental health services alone. These new teams will enable and support people to access mental health services wherever and whenever they need it and will support individuals to manage their mental health supported in their local community. We are therefore looking for skilled and enthusiastic individuals to fill a wide range of roles.

Across the Boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow, we strive to take care to a new level through our skilled and committed workforce. Nursing Band 7: £38,890 - £44,503 per annum pro rata plus HCAS

Nursing Band 6: £31,365 - £37,890 per annum pro rata plus HCAS

Occupational Therapist Band 6: £31,365 - £37,890 per annum pro rata plus HCAS

Primary Care Mental Health Worker Band 6: £31,365 - £37,890 per annum pro rata plus HCAS

Senior Peer Support Worker Band 4: £21,892 - £24,157 per annum pro rata plus HCAS

We also invite carers, service users, members of the local community and anyone who would like to learn more about the MINT service to participate on the day, as we have awareness and Q&A sessions planned in the morning.
