£31,365 - £37,890 per annum, pro rata

Continuing a series of quality focused improvements to the Clinical Support Desk (CSD) service, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver the care we offer to patients across both of the Trust’s clinical hubs.

The Hub Lead Clinician will assist the Clinical Lead (Clinical Hubs) and the Clinical Team Leaders in the operational delivery of the CSD service, taking a lead role in the day to day planning and organisation of the service, in addition to supporting team welfare and development.

Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, experienced clinicians (Nurse or Paramedic) with a background in Emergency or Acute care and significant remote/ telephone triage experience, a passion for delivering high quality patient focused care in the fast paced and dynamic clinical Hub environment, and be people who will relish the challenge of shaping the delivery of the CSD service in a constantly evolving and increasingly complex health landscape.
