We have an exciting opportunity in the development of a SPA (single point of access) team in Wiltshire. This will allow CYP, their families and professional to access advise, signposting, consultation and support in a responsive way.

The role will be part of team of practitioners working within the SPA and within the educational settings across Wiltshire. This role will have at least one day per week working in the south of Wiltshire.

The SPA has had risk assessments and COVID plans in place to ensure safety and health are high on our priority for our staff. Some homeworking can be considered as part of the role.

The applicant will need to have access to transport for work, have basic IT skills, be clear on limits, manage own caseload and to be able to work as part of a team and as a lone practitioner in the community.

  • New starters have a 6 month probationary period. This, together with the induction process aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale.
