We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, creative and motivated band 4 Speech and Language Therapy Assistant to join the Learning Disability Partnership. The LDP locality teams provide assessment, intervention and support to adults with a Learning Disability. The successful candidate will work under the supervision and guidance of qualified Speech and Language Therapists to meet the communication needs of Adults with a Learning Disability.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within supportive multi disciplinary teams where personalising the needs of Service Users is at the core of our work. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Speech and Language Therapy team, will receive regular supervision and have the opportunity for professional development and training as identified at appraisal.

Although the post will be based at LDP City/South in Toft, Cambridge, the ability to provide work across Teams will be a key part of this role.

This is a full time/37.5hr per week post – we are happy to consider requests for flexible working patterns.
