The Outpatient Department at North Devon District Hospital have an opportunity for a Clinical Booking Co-ordinator for 37.5 hours per week, on a fixed term contract for 9 months, covering maternity leave, within the busy Clinical Management Centre.

There may be an opportunity to extend for an additional 3 months. The hours will be worked Monday - Friday 8.00am - 16.00pm The roles will include booking of new/follow up appointments for various specialities, using the Trakcare and Choose and Book system and within local and national booking guidelines, liaising with outpatient reception teams, secretaries and other hospital staff in all areas of the hospital and all other aspects of administrative duties identified within the Clinic Management Centre.
