The NIHR Leicester Biomedical Research Centre-Cardiovascular Theme, based at Glenfield Hospital, is looking to appoint two experienced Clinical Research Practitioners to work in their state of the art facility supporting the delivery of the Genetic & Biomarker and Novel Intervention studies.

These are 12 month fixed term contracts.

Clinical experience is essential

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering high quality of care. You will need to have good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will work alongside the Principle Investigators and Research team to assist in the management of clinical research projects ensuring their smooth running & giving continued care & support for the patients in accordance with the clinical trial protocol and Good Clinical Practice. The post-holder will be responsible for supporting studies from set up through to the completion of the follow up phase and for overseeing and/or managing single site studies as required. You will also be computer literate to be able to assist with data entry. Sound knowledge of Microsoft office packages is advantageous.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
