An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Programme and Change Team at Leicestershire Health Informatics Services.

The role is being offered as a 12 months Fixed Term Contract or as a Secondment

37.5hrs per week Monday to Friday

You will be joining a team of 9 IM&T Facilitators and 3 Project Managers. We are a diverse team who have a range of experience so you’ll be in good hands when it comes to support.

The role is to work with one of our customers, however, you will report to the Senior Project Manager who will be your line manager and will provide ongoing support. You will also be working closely with Provider Company Ltd Implementation Manager.

Whilst the team works hard, we also like to have fun and make it a great place to work.

The role will involve supporting our customers with SystmOne Community expertise

  • Process mapping new commissioned services

  • Building and configuring resources in SystmOne

  • Providing training and support to end users

  • Trouble shooting system issues identified by the users

    This role in HIS is to be responsible for working with and supporting LLR Provider Company.

    Ensuring LLR Provider Company are supported in delivery services to new and existing customers.

    This role will require scoping, designing and building resources for the provider.

    You will need to have experience in setting up SystmOne Community units.
