Band 4 Assistant Practitioner. Special School Nursing Service

Are you looking for an exciting role to support the special school nursing team based at Walton Leigh School in Hersham near Walton on Thames in Surrey for pupils aged 11 -19 years who have severe learning disabillity with additional health needs?Our Nursing Service works with education staff so they are supported to enable the children and young people to safely attend school irrespective of their additional health needs.We ask that the ideal candidate has experience of working with children with special needs and has a passion for working with children to help them develop and grow.

Hours: 32 hours per week.Mon –Fri 09:00- 15:30 – term time only

Start date: January 2021

Supporting nursing team in training education staff
