The Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) Podiatry department are looking for a Band 3 Lead Administrator/Receptionist to work in Horsham Hospital on a full time basis.

Our Podiatry service primarily undertakes high-risk clinical work and we are looking for a Lead Administrator to help support the clinicians and patients by booking clinics, undertaking administration tasks and dealing with patient enquiries. You will need to be able to liaise with other healthcare professionals as required. You will also need to work independently with the ability to prioritise your workload and support other admin teams when required.

You will be the first contact with our service so the successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, and be reliable and hardworking. We provide support and training to all new starters to ensure excellent patient care.

Previous experience working in the NHS is preferred but not essential.
