Due to maternity leave within the team an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Hospice in the Home team on a fixed term contract, until December 2021, working 37.5 hours per week.

You will be required to work closely with community colleagues, hospice and hospital staff in order to ensure that patients requiring end of life care receive an integrated service in a timely manner.

You will be expected to provide high standards of care to those who access our hospice services and will be working alongside our Hospice in the Home team. You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a flexible approach to your work.
