Covid-19 HR Advisor

Band 6

Fixed Term Contract (37.5 hours per week until 31st March 2021)


South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SCAS) is seeking to recruit an experienced NHS HR professional, to be a proactive HR Advisor to join our Covid-19 HR team, fixed term until 31st March 2021.


This is a fast paced and varied role where you will be given the opportunity to make a real impact, reporting directly to the Covid-19 HR Business Partner.


Supporting the Covid-19 HR Business Partner you will need to display a real passion for all aspects of HR, supporting teams and stakeholder management as well as working proactively to create and embed processes, you need to be happy working remotely and across staffing groups as well as with other partner organisations.


This position requires someone whom has strong stakeholder management skills, as this will be essential to deliver what is required within SCAS’s Covid-19 response’s evolving environment.


You will need to be personally resilient, forward thinking, innovative in approach to all people issues, as well as being a problem solver and be able to work at pace and ideally someone who is currently working within the NHS.


The successful person must be confident working across professional groups to build excellent, effective working relations across the wider directorate, partner organisations and across the wider NHS.


The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, have current NHS HR experience and be able to demonstrate a core commitment and competencies in terms of a collaborative approach to their work and a successful track record in operational HR.
