This a new development opportunity for a Community Staff Nurse to divide their time between the Complex Wound Clinic in Staines and the Community Nursing Team which covers the Spelthorne Locality in NWS.

The post holder will work alongside the Senior District Nurse in the wound care management of patients on the clinic caseload for up to 3 days a week and spend up to 2 days a week within the Community Nursing Team seeing patients in their own homes in the Spelthorne Locality.
