We aim to get people back on their feet so they can return to their homes by ensuring their environment is safe and their abilities are optimised.

We will also accept patients who require complex discharge planning, palliative and end of life care.

Here at SCFT we are proud of the care we offer to all our patients. Our Trust inpatient units' care was rated ‘Outstanding’ in our most recent CQC inspection.

As this is a 24 hour service internal rotation will be operating. Both full and part time hours will be considered.

  • Flexible working patterns
  • Supportive learning environment
  • Dedicated career pathways and great opportunities for continuing professional development
