We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed and motivated Registered Nursing Associate to join our excellent nursing team.

This is an outstanding opportunity if you are looking for a new challenge and would like to continue your professional development journey.

You will be working with a friendly and experienced multidisciplinary team, providing patient centered and evidence based care. You will be accountable for your own practice while supporting the registered nurse by caring for patients and delivering high standards of care.

5A is a short stay female ward that strives to deliver excellent and compassionate care to some of Oxfordshire’s most complex medical patients. Our patients are all admitted for emergency care against a background of physical health conditions, and they may also experience mental health issues, cognitive impairment and challenging behaviour. You will be joining an energetic and enthusiastic team of nurses, doctors, therapists and social care professionals who work together closely to manage the patients’ care problems, promote recovery and re-enablement, and safe discharge from hospital.
