Wiltshire Health and Care are now recruiting to a range of exciting development roles for graduate Occupational Therapists which will include our supportive and comprehensive preceptorship programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and innovative organisation with dedicated and committed staff who provide outstanding, patient-centric clinical care to adults across Wiltshire. We have a range of opportunities on offer to develop and shape your career pathway that include

  • Patient’s own homes- developing patient centred programmes to meet current and future need with development pathways to Clinical lead
  • Community wardsincluding therapy led unit– with development pathways up to Advanced Care practitioners and therapy leader

You will also be given the opportunity to work with us as a Band 4 Pre-Registration AHP until your HCPC pin is received.

All new starters with Wiltshire Health and Care are subject to a six month probationary period, which runs alongside the induction process to help create a positive and supportive working environment which allows new staff to learn the key elements of the role.
