Right now, we’re recruiting a Senior Database Officer to contribute to something truly unique.

 

In this role you will provide database administration and support for the National Transplant Database (NTxD) application, including managing user accounts and monitoring & resolving data quality issues. Your role will also include developing and executing extracts, reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders.

 

Data quality and data analysis is becoming even more important as the organisation continues to become a data-driven organisation. This role is pivotal in NHSBT becoming a data-driven organisation as you will be supplying accurate, appropriate and efficient information to our stakeholders.

 

Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a relevant subject, with extensive experience and knowledge in manipulating databases using SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL). In return we offer a rewarding career with great benefits, flexibility, plus excellent opportunities for development.
