E-Rostering Trainer Administrator

Salary: Band 4 (£21,892 - £24,157)

Location: SHSC Headquarters - Fulwood House – S10 3TH

Hours: 37.5 (12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover)

The Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic person with good communication and IT skills to assist the Trust with the expansion and maintenance of its E-Rostering IT system.

You will work alongside the E-Rostering Systems Administrator and other colleagues, in helping to extend the eRostering system to new services and support it ongoing implementation in existing services. You will provide training and advice to staff, respond to queries, set up and run reports, maintain data sets and assist with maintaining the system. Although you will be based at the Trust Headquarters, Fulwood House, you will be expected to train staff across all the Trust sites/locations.

You will need to possess good IT skills and have an understanding of the principles of E-Rostering. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to train others and exhibit a willingness to work flexibly. Some knowledge of the Trust services would be advantageous.
