Digital Services Customer Support Analyst

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Digital Services Customer Support Analyst to join our busy IT department.

Who we’re looking for

The successful candidate will be part of a small team delivering a high standard of helpdesk support to a client base of 1,500 Trust staff.

The post holder will be responsible for receiving calls to the service desk, triage and recording of incidents - resolving as first-time-fix where possible, prioritising and assigning of work to the second-line engineers.
