We are looking for a Clinical Orderly to complete our Nursing and Midwifery Team within maternity, with a focus on covid prevention.

As part of the outpatients team, your duties would involve the cleaning of clinic and waiting areas between appointments, as well as general cleaning of the patient bed areas and assisting the midwifery staff with essential patient equipment cleaning. All staff within the hospital have a key role to play in infection control and prevention & you could be a part of a team that makes a vital contribution to the patient experience during their time in hospital.

If you have good communication skills, are interested in working in a clinical area and are open to learning new skills and/or have experience of working in a similar environment, this could be the opportunity for you .

There are 2 part time posts available, one at the conquest and one at the Eastbourne DGH, the hours are variable to cover out patient clinic times.
