Specialty Doctor in Gastroenterology

10 PAs per week

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Specialty Doctor in Gastroenterology.

This is an exciting time to join the Trust, which is one of the highest performing NHS Trusts in the UK. Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty and which is in close proximity to Leeds and York. Harrogate is an affluent town offering a very high standard of residential accommodation. There is a wide range of local schools which have an excellent national reputation in both the state and private sectors. There are numerous sporting, recreational and cultural activities available in the town or the surrounding area to suit most interests.

The successful applicant will join a team of 4 Consultants, based at Harrogate District Hospital, you will be part of a team to deliver a wide range of acute and elective Gastroenterology services. The department prides itself on team working and close collaboration with clinical colleagues to provide a high quality gastroenterology service. The successful applicant would be expected to hold MBChB or equivalent medical qualification. All applicants must hold current GMC registration.
