Are you looking to make a difference to clinical service delivery in adult community services?

We have some exciting opportunities for these key roles:

  • Within one of our Neighbourhood Team portfolios

  • To support citywide quality development within the Adult Business Unit.

  1. The Clinical Pathway Lead, working closely with the Service Manager provides leadership for a portfolio covering two or three Neighbourhood Teams. We are currently embedding an integrated model of working bringing together therapy, nursing, medical and social care staff to work alongside primary care at neighbourhood level.
  2. We are also recruiting to a role which will support citywide quality development working closely with the senior leadership team initially this will be until March 31st 2021.

We are looking for individuals who can offer flexible and dynamic leadership in a rapidly changing environment. You will have excellent communication skills, and be a team player who is able to motivate, negotiate and manage conflicting priorities. You will be able to demonstrate clear and inspiring leadership, and develop, establish and maintain positive relationships with others both internally and externally. Relevant and senior experience is essential.

The posts require maintenance of clinical registration, but do not require you to hold a caseload.

Although this post is advertised as permanent and full time, other hours, fixed term and secondments would be considered (2x posts available).
