About the job:

Position Name: Customer Service Administrator

Days & Hours: Up to 37.5 hours over 5 day week between 8am and 8pm

Base: Stockdale House, 3rd Floor, Headingley, LS6 1PF

Car Driver: Not essential

The Role:

  • You will receive a 6 Week in house training induction

  • You will be responsible for making sure our patients/staff receive the best service we can deliver by putting them at the heart of everything you do.

  • You will be highly motivated, approachable and can demonstrate great skills in building a rapport

  • You will be required to fulfil and understand our patients needs by being inspirational and making the patient experience one they will not forget

  • No day will be the same

  • Working on SystmOne booking system supporting our services

  • You will deal a high volume of calls coming into the 0-19 SPA

  • You will deal with incoming e-mails, and tasks throughout the day

  • You work within a great team, being a team player is essential

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
