We are recruiting to a brand new post.

The Deputy Director of Practice and Transformation will provide strong, visible professional clinical leadership within the organisation. Focused on ensuring the improvement of patient outcomes and experiences, leading practitioners in this role:

This role will provide strategic and directorate operational leadership to Clinical Practitioners.

This post is a new post and is a great opportunity to lead quality improvement, clinical improvement, the Trust clinical transformation of its community services and Clinical Advisor to our in-patient ward developments.

It will provide wide ranging professional leadership and governance including direct support to practitioners, Occupational Therapists, AHPS, Associate Clinical Directors, Clinical Operational Managers, named supervisees within the Trust.

This is a great post and the future leader will inherit a strong and committed professional practice team.

You will lead and coach a strong team your focus will be re-design, quality improvement, learning and development.

You will lead the quality improvement work of our organisation with multi-professional qualities. You will focus on clinical outcomes both in our service and how this connects to improving to the wider determinants of health.

DBS Check
The cost of undertaking a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) disclosure will be met by the individual. The Trust will meet the initial costs of the disclosure which will be deducted from your first month’s salary. The current price of a standard check is £23 and an enhanced check is £40.

We are obliged to check employment history for at least the past 3 years for successful candidates. Please ensure that the referees you provide us cover at least the past 3 years of your employment/training.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check
