We are a provider for Mental health, intellectual disability and specialist mental health services, community physical health for adults and children, prison health and our low, medium and high secure hospitals including Rampton Hospital.

We are seeking to recruit apprentices in customer administration roles to develop within our organisation.

You will provide excellent customer services and the role will involve a range of office duties to ensure the smooth running of the organisation. Your role will maintain a high standard of professionalism and provide services in line with our values and behaviours. We are looking for people who are punctual, reliable, and smart in appearance and will work in a professional manner.

You will be employed on a 15-month fixed term training contract and work 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday. In return you will receive 27 days leave, plus bank holidays and an annual salary of £8320. (£160 per week) You will have access to the NHS pension scheme and will be supported to achieve your Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship which includes a qualification in Business Administration at Level 2.

Eight out of 10 individuals who complete their award go on to secure permanent employment and NHS salaries attract a starting salary of £18K

The Apprenticeship scheme is run in partnership with Prostart Training and is delivered in the workplace. You will attend a planned induction and additional training events and given time to complete your studies.
