We are a very successful Trust and are expanding our acute female inpatient services within Lincolnshire with a newly established 15 bedded unit. We are offering all registered nurses an attractive employment package, including a welcome payment of £2,500 (paid in two instalments during year one) and £4,000 payment in lieu of relocation (to assist with commuting) or full relocation package** In addition there is a whole host of unique staff benefits and educational support as part of a nurse’s CPD.

Our new service:
Ash Villa is our new 15 bedded inpatient ward, created as part of LPFT’s ambitious plans to expand and develop our services and patient offering. The ward will provide high quality, patient centred and recovery focused care.


This is a great opportunity to join a new multidisciplinary team delivering high quality patient care. Specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems, our team will deliver personalised treatment programmes and provide the highest standards of care to our patients and carers.


Your Development:
The successful applicant will be provided with an excellent tailor made training programme (designed with Ward Manager and Head of Learning and Development) to include (but not limited to):
•Corporate induction and a comprehensive 2 week local induction programme
•Regular statutory and mandatory training
•Therapy informed training including Cognitive behavioural (CBT), Solution focussed (SFT), Schema, and Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)
•Suicide and self injurious behaviour training
•Personality Disorder awareness training
•Mental Health First Aid
•Physical health care training
•PMVA (prevention and management of violence and aggression)
•Access to L6 and L7 academic modules at local and regional universities (subject to university criteria and availability)
•Access to NHS funded CPD programmes
•Access to NHS England Learning Hub
•Access to apprenticeship programmes (subject to availability)
•Personal development and leadership programmes to support progression in your future career


You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and nurture registrants in training through a role of Practice Supervisor or Practice Assessor when registrants are placed within the team.


Clinical Supervision with be provided by our expert Modern Matron for Acute Inpatient Services or another suitable professional.


The expectation would be that subject to performance targets being met you will achieve a Band 6 Senior Nurse position within the first year of the role.

We offer 24 hour services within our Inpatient, Crisis and SPA teams, if you are successfully appointed to posts in these areas or others that might have specified, you will be required to work unsociable hours and shift patterns.
