Clinical Services - Urgent and Emergency Care

Warrington Emergency Department are seeking to recruit a dynamic professional, enthusiastic and passionate nurse, to be part of our already established ED team. We are looking to recruit an individual with 12 months qualified experience.

Warrington Emergency department sees on average 250 to 300 patients per day both adult and children and we are an extremely busy Trauma unit. The department has a strong nursing leadership structure, with Lead nurse for Urgent and Emergency Care, a dedicated ED matron, Department manager, Nurse Consultants, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Emergency Nurse Practitioners all within the team. There is also a Practice-based Educator to support you with your education needs and your career pathway.

We are a busy, vibrant Emergency Department, committed to developing and supporting staff with their career. We provide high quality emergency care and would like motivated nurses with excellent communication skills/time management skills to join this growing and changing team.

Successful Candidates will undertake:

Paediatric Immediate life Support

Adult Intermediate life support.

A charge of £60 (Enhanced) will be made by the successful candidate which will be deducted from the first 3 months’ salary. In addition to this, you will also be required to re-pay any future costs that may arise in relation to DBS fees.
