Do you have Paediatric experience and are wishing to expand on your knowledge and skills in this area?

Are you working in an Adult Audiology center and wanting to specialise in Paediatrics?

We are looking for a senior paediatric Audiologist to join our team. The department is IQIPS accredited and covers all aspects of Paediatric Audiology and rehabilitation with the exception of cochlear implantation and rehabilitation.

We are a large, busy team with Apprentices, Audiologists, Scientists, Educational Audiologists and Specialist Health Visitors who all work together to provide a comprehensive and robust service.

We are co-located with ENT and have medical input via a dedicated Community Paediatrician for children with permanent childhood deafness.

There is an expectation for regular monthly inclusion in our out of hour clinics, which is paid at an enhanced hourly rate.

For the right candidate we will support with further training and development to ensure your skills match our requirements.

In return we expect a dedicated, competent Paediatric Audiologist, able to react and adapt to the ever changing needs of a Specialist Paediatric Audiology centre.

In line with other NHS Organisations in the Yorkshire and Humber Region a successful candidate appointed into a post within this Trust will be required to pay the DBS check fee (£45). This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
