Would you like to be part of Viaduct Care working together to improve the health of patients through supporting GP practices to expand and improve their quality, effectiveness and efficiency of services?

We have excellent opportunities available for enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurses to work as part of our multi-disciplinary team across a number of services.

Services will include extended hours and acute visiting and so will involve weekend and evening work. The services will be provided from a number of GP practices across Stockport.

Currently, due to COVID-19 and changes in service delivery, we are prioritising recruitment of sessional Practice Nurses who are qualified to carry out smear testing.

Viaduct Care is the GP Federation of Stockport, formed by all Stockport GP practices. Our aim is to find innovative solutions to the challenges currently faced by the NHS, while at the same time protecting the interests of general practice and ensuring that patients continue to receive the very best care locally.

Interviews will be online (Webex / Microsoft Teams) and will take place on Wednesday 7th October.
