Would you like to be part of Viaduct Care, working together to improve the health of patients through supporting GP practices to expand and improve their quality, effectiveness and efficiency of services?

We have sessional opportunities available for enthusiastic and motivated HCAs to work as part of our multi-disciplinary team across a number of services. Services will include extended hours and acute home visiting and so will involve weekend and evening work. The services will be provided from a number of GP practices across Stockport.

Successful candidates will be NVQ level 3 trained in health care with experience in phlebotomy.

Previous experience in Primary Care is an advantage, as is knowledge of EMIS Web.

Viaduct Care is the GP Federation of Stockport, formed by all Stockport GP practices. Our aim is to find innovative solutions to the challenges currently faced by the NHS, while at the same time protecting the interests of general practice and ensuring that patients continue to receive the very best care locally.
