Rehabilitation Support Worker

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with patients on a friendly stroke and general rehabilitation ward. You'll be given the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills allowing you to carry out multidisciplinary rehabilitation with support. In this post you will work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapist, dietitians and nursing staff to provide specialised rehabilitation to stroke and general rehabilitation patients in order to maximise their independence facilitating safe discharge.

Are you passionate about providing excellent patient care? Us too. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable addition to our rehabilitation team. You will need to be a flexible and adaptable team player with excellent communication skills including written and verbal. Good time management, basic IT skills and willingness to learn new skills are an asset for this position. We actively seek to develop staff providing regular 1 to 1 supervision, and many more opportunities for personal development.

PLEASE NOTE: A FULL CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POST (manual and automatic)
