Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist inpatient and community mental health, learning disabilities, addiction and acquired brain injury services for the people of Liverpool, Sefton and Kirkby, Merseyside. We also provide community physical health services in Liverpool, Sefton, secure mental health services for the North West of England, the West Midlands and Wales and specialist learning disability services across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside.

Post 1 & 2 : 15 hours per week , Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm

Post 3 : 27.5 hours per week, on rota (including weekend) 8am - 1.30pm

Post 4 : 18 hours per week, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 2pm - 8pm

Post 5 : 24 hours per week, Wednesday - Sunday, 2pm - 8pm

Hope Centre, Smithdown Health Park, Smithdown Road, Liverpool L15 2HE

Post 6 : 18 hours per week, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 2pm - 8pm

Post 7 : 24 hours per week, Wednesday - Sunday, 2pm - 8pm

Post 8 : 12 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday

 

We are currently seeking to recruit several Facilities Management Assistants (FMA's) to provide a range of tasks including cleaning, catering and portering. The posts are based various locations and are a 6 month fixed term contract.

 

Applications are invited from hard working, self-motivated individuals who are able to work on their own initiative and also as part of a team. We are looking to recruit team members who have a flexible approach to their workload, can work to deadlines and show high standards of quality in their work.

 

You must have good communication skills, a positive attitude and an understanding of health and safety in relation to safe working practices.

 

Previous experience of hospital cleaning duties and catering provision within a mental health environment would be an advantage. You will be expected to have or acquire an appropriate Food Hygiene Certificate and must have basic computer skills.
