Temporary Staffing Manager Band 7 – Secondment or Fixed Term 9 months

£38,890 - £44,503 per annum – full time (37.5 hours)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a secondment or fixed term contract for a Temporary Staffing Manager, who will lead and deliver a high quality temporary staffing service in a cost effective manner trustwide.

The post holder will provide high level support to the ward/department managers, giving advice for the effective planning and use of temporary staff. Provide senior support as required in the day-to-day running of the central bank service.

The post holder will have responsibility for ensuring continuity of service and availability of Electronic rostering and bank systems within the Trust and be responsible for overseeing and managing the temporary staffing team.

Be responsible for the leadership, development, and management of the Temporary Staffing Team on a day to day basis, ensuring that a high quality, centralised temporary staffing service is delivered to all service users across the trust within a seven day service from 07.00 – 19.00 hours.

To promote the temporary staffing services to include all professions including an admin bank.
