As a trust, we pride ourselves on our commitment to ensuring all our patients receive the highest quality of care. We are looking for an individual passionate about the delivery of this level of care and willing to actively contribute to service development.

This new service will deliver one to one care in the comfort of the patients’ home and support a smooth transition from hospital to community in which the care plan and the safe administration of IV therapy can be continued.
