We are looking to expand our existing clinical team to include further Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs).  These posts are within our clinical HUB based at Denton and our digital HUB within the Oldham locality.  Additionally the organisation supports portfolio working to allow staff to gain experience and skills within other clinical areas across unscheduled and scheduled care.

The successful candidate will be qualified to MSc level in Advanced Clinical Practice or will be working towards credentialing/credentialed. Within the role it is required that you are a competent practitioner who can apply clinical reasoning to assess, diagnose, and prescribe where appropriate. In addition, you will discharge whilst making appropriate referrals and providing the right care and advice for patients with undifferentiated illness. You will support and contribute to the delivery of policy and procedures, provide leadership as required, will act as a mentor and positive role model to other staff and will facilitate training and education as required.

You will be supported by our clinical leadership team, Head of Clinical Services and the Chief Nurse, in partnership with the Heads of Locality and Senior Operational Managers, to drive forward clinical excellence, leadership, quality, safety and high standards.
