Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (the UHB) is a Smoke Free Health Board. Smoking is banned across all of the UHB sites. Staff are therefore not able to smoke in the hospital grounds or on any other UHB premises.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with a proven track record of administration / office work - including - use of IT packages, rota management, pay, call centre skills, staff management and training.

The successful candidate will join an established team of 4 co-coordinators to help support service development in to a 24/7 service, as well as the management team.

The role includes supporting the services clinical staff - which can include weekend, evenings and occasional overnight shifts. The main base will be Cardiff Royal Infirmary - but for a short period may require travel to the Communication Hub in Barry prior to its relocation to CRI in the autumn.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
