A great opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic commercial team, providing commercial and contracting support to the organisation, managing a portfolio of contracts.

Previous exposure to NHS and Local Authority contract management is a must for this role, as is the ability to foster positive relationships with key commissioners and working with Senior Executives solving complex contractual/ commercial issues whilst maximising benefits and minimising risks to the Organisation.

CLCH is seeking to recruite one post for our Hertfordshire Division. The postholder will be expected to be able to travel by both public transport and be able to drive as they will be based in the Hertfordshire Division for a significant part of their week. Weekly travel to CLCH Commercial Team base in Parsons Green will also be required,and the opportunity to partially work from home after the induction period will also be available.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Contracts.

So what do you need to join our team?

  • To have solid contracting experience – NHS Standard Contract/ Local Authority;
  • Possess strong relationship building and communication skills, with ability to work within a complex multi professional environment effectively;
  • Able to work autonomously within a complex organisation;
  • Have excellent analytical skills and ability to review complex contracts and to analyse complex and potentially sensitive and contentious data;
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Have strong management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
