MDT CO-ORDINATOR

CANCER SERVICES

£21,892 - £24,157 per annum/pro rata (AfC Band 4)

VARIOUS HOURS AVAILABLE - PERMANENT

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the hospital’s Cancer Services team and play a pivotal part in the delivery of high quality, timely cancer pathways. This full time, permanent role will provide a high quality service to specific cancer MDT’s.

As the new multi-disciplinary team (MDT) co-ordinator each week will be different but some things will always need your attention. Like organising and taking the minutes of several weekly meetings, monitoring patient journeys and collecting data and co-ordinating results. All this is just part of your pivotal role in making sure Barnsley Hospital provides first class quality care and treatment for cancer patients.

If you’ve got a good knowledge of medical terminology, excellent communication and keyboard skills, first-class organisational skills and can manage your own workload with minimal supervision, then we’d like to hear from you.

If you would like to experience working in cancer services and join a friendly, dynamic team; and you possess confidence and excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you. Standard Check:    £23.00 + Administration cost of £3.69 = deduction from salary as a one off payment.

Enhanced Check:  £40.00 + administration cost of £3.69 = £13.69 deduction from 1st months’ salary, £10.00 deduction from salary over following 3 months.
