An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior Performance Analyst on a 12 months fixed term contract, within the Trust’s Operational Performance Team. This post offers the chance to work within a supportive team, will help you develop and strengthen your skills and abilities, whilst giving you the autonomy to shine.

This role is integral to our ambition to continuously improve performance, of the services we provide. To succeed in this position, the right applicant must be able to demonstrate; excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interpret highly complex data. They should also have experience of day to day performance monitoring, service improvement and strong analytical skills.

In this role you will work closely with the Performance Manager and the Performance Improvement Lead, along with other members of the Performance Team and operational teams within the organisation. You will play a key role in the development and delivery of performance improvement, which will support the Trust in providing safe and high quality healthcare at all times.
