Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust was formed in October 2019, following the merger of 2gether NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust. The two Trusts joined together to provide integrated mental health, physical health and learning disability services to communities.


Job Title - Transformation Hub Administrator

Base – Edward Jenner Court, Brockworth

Salary – £19,737 to £21,142 per annum

Hours per week – 37.5

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic administrator to work within our friendly and supportive newly formed Transformation Hub, in the Strategy and Partnerships Directorate based at Edward Jenner Court. The workload is both demanding and varied, and previous administration experience is essential.

Your principle role will providing administrative support for project management colleagues. The post will involve liaising across departments and organisation. The post is suitable for someone who is self-motivated, extremely organised and efficient with good communication and IT skills, has experience of working with databases and managing meetings. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, who is both flexible and adaptable in their approach to work. The post-holder will need to work independently in a diverse and interesting office environment, using their initiative to prioritise their workload, multitask and maintain confidentiality. This role will provide career development into project management for the right candidate.
