Recovery College East provides a collaborative, educational learning environment and seeks to convey messages of hope, empowerment and opportunity to all. It celebrates strengths and successes rather than highlighting deficits or problems. The Recovery College currently has two central bases: at Peterborough and Cambridge, with developments in Fenland underway.

CPFT are looking to appoint a new leader for the Recovery College; a creative and dynamic individual who will take the Recovery College East into their next development phase - to ensure the College meets the meets of people with a wide range of long term conditions. We are looking for someone who understands cultural change and can champion the recovery agenda. This transformation work will also include transitioning from a face to face classroom base delivery model into a more blended learning environment, with an online learning platform.

The exciting role also involves leading the Peer Support Worker development including the accredited Peer Support training and ongoing professional developments.
