The College Practice is located in College Road in Maidstone. We are a very busy practice with 20,000 patients, and have two satellite surgeries in Barming and Allington.

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, flexible person to join our professional team, who is willing to learn and offer ideas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as you will be dealing with the public both on the phone, face to face on the desk and accurately dealing with patient data in line with Data Protection Legislation.

You will work 37.5 hours a week, and your working pattern will be: Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm, and Friday 10.30am-7pm.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills;

Your main priority is to answer the surgery telephones and cover the surgery reception desk, as well as administrative tasks of registrations, referrals, prescriptions, tasks and scanning.

The post holder will also be expected to be flexible and available to cover annual leave for any team member in the Admin Team or Reception Team within the working hours of 8.00am-6.30pm that the surgery is open as and when required by the practice. You will also may be required to work from our Barming or Allington practice.
