Supported Accommodation Team Manager

 

Hours: 37 hours per week

 

Contract: 12 months fixed term (with the possibility of extension)

 

Salary: £30,947-£33,814 (depending on experience)

 

Location: Bristol

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead Second Step’s Supported Accommodation Service. Second Step provides a variety of accommodation based services as part of the Bristol City Council commissioned Pathways, as well as multiple other housing related services. Currently accommodation based services are based in Bristol, however, Second Step has services throughout the South West.

 

You’ll have knowledge of the support needs of people with mental health difficulties and experience of delivering significant change within services. You’ll work in a value-based, person focused way and be able to develop and manage relationships with key partners. Having a background in supported housing, or a related field you will develop a strong performance culture.
