Following some exciting service redesign we have developed our clinical leadership team to include Matrons within the clinical hub. You will be supported by the Clinical HUB Clinical Lead, Head of Clinical Services and Chief Nurse, and will work alongside the senior management team with the Heads of Locality and Senior Operational Managers to drive forward leadership, quality, safety and standards. Our senior multidisciplinary clinical team have dedicated leadership hours as part of their job plans to support the quality agenda.
