Senior Support Worker- Supported Housing

Hours: 37

Permanent post

Salary: £22779.00 PA

Location: Bristol

 

Second Step provides high quality housing and support services to people with a range of different support needs including Mental Health, with the aim of supporting their recovery and helping them to achieve their hopes and ambitions, living independently as part of their community.

 

The purpose of this role is to assist the Supported Housing Team Manager and Housing Team Manager to ensure the provision of Client led, trauma informed, high quality, effective and comprehensive support to clients.

 

The successful applicant will provide both structured and responsive day to day leadership and support to their direct reports, and to promote effective team working and communication both within the supported housing and housing management teams.
