Our service is working alongside a wide range of partners, all of whom are committed to improving the health and well-being of our adults in Surrey.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior administrator to join our friendly team in Chertsey. The hours for this post are 37.5 hours per week.

Applicants should have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and flexible approach to the workload as well as being a hard-working team player with excellent organizational skills.

The role consists of being first point of contact for the service through reception and telephone work, so excellent communication skills are of the utmost importance. The successful applicant will be working in a busy, challenging, changing environment. They will provide a high level of confidential administrative support to our clinical community multi-disciplinary team, through the typing of letters/reports and general administrative duties and also through telephone liaison work with outside agencies and service users.

This role will incorporate strong leadership qualities. The candidate will play a pivotal role in teaching junior members of the admin department new ways of working, developing new skills and developing new processes to achieve a more effective service.

The Trust is keen to support their staff’s personal development and various training is provided to assist their career pathway including undertaking all statutory and mandatory training.




Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 37.5 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
